Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Fabiano Cosme started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Paulinho Fontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Rafael Salles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 7 minutes of play, Arandu's Zeca Urbano made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rafael Salles was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Arandu's Edvaldo Bueno got control of the ball when Serafim Macedo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rafael Salles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeca Urbano in the 14th minute of play. Sandrinho das Neves hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Fabiano Cosme charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabiano Cosme the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Farinna getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Fabiano Cosme hit a great ball. When Arandu's Zeca Urbano in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Farinna's goalie prevented a goal. In the 26th minute Zeca Urbano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zeca Urbano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafael Salles having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Farinna's Sandrinho das Neves got a free kick in the 30th minute. Mazinho Loureiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rafael Salles read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Fabiano Cosme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Edvaldo Bueno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Zeca Urbano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Farinna's goal looked a bit too open when Zeca Urbano came free, but Rafael Salles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denílson Montenegro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Denílson Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edvaldo Bueno. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Denílson Montenegro ran back to his position shaking his head.

The wind increased when Mazinho Loureiro made the kick off in the second half. Rafael Salles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mazinho Loureiro in the 57th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Mazinho Loureiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rafael Salles was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Marcus Peres hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Zeca Urbano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Rafael Salles made a huge save. Edvaldo Bueno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabiano Cosme in the 81st minute of play. When Arandu's Mazinho Loureiro in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Farinna's goalie prevented a goal. Farinna's Rafael Salles proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Farinna from getting a goal against them. In the 85th minute Mazinho Loureiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serafim Macedo kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Dedê Lara took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 90th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rafael Salles. Farinna's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fabiano Cosme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Edvaldo Bueno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edvaldo Bueno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabiano Cosme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Arandu had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
