The Pokebola fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The supporters of Pokebola booed when Gaúcho Tche 2014 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sydney de Medeiros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Salgado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ramiro Trancoso having to make a save. 30 minutes into the match, Jeferson Paranaense had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Franklin do Vale. Ramiro Trancoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Ramiro Trancoso came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Pokebola's Jonathan Salgado. But to his dismay, Jonathan Salgado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When Murillo Oliveira came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Pokebola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Murillo Oliveira couldn't finish the play. Pokebola's Murillo Oliveira got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Beto Tande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Trancoso having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Pokebola's Beto Tande got a free kick in the 96th minute. In the 97th minute Lucero Fedorov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franklin do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sydney de Medeiros in the 98th minute of play forced Pokebola's goalkeeper Franklin do Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
