Simão Gerber in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Itahype's Délio Salles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silas de Queiroz in the 57th minute of play. After 64 minutes, Murilo Sá mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Itahype and the Galera HC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 93 minutes, Giovani Breckenfeld managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itahype's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giovani Breckenfeld was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 94th minute of the match, Murilo Sá tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bernardo Massa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the final whistle sounded Itahype left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Galera HC.
