Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Chiquinho Prestes made the kick off which started today's match. Chiquinho Prestes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reynaldo Cruz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. If Luizão Ribeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilson Cordeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Vânderson Souza came free in the 11th minute and tried to tip the ball over Fernando Breckenfeld, but to the joy of Picarras SC's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. In the 30thth minute of the game Luizão Ribeiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but esgna gado's Reynaldo Cruz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 33rd minute Cristiano Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Breckenfeld saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Fernando Donato kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After some careless play in the esgna gado defense, Chiquinho Prestes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reynaldo Cruz. The esgna gado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reynaldo Cruz should have stopped the shot. 43 minutes into the game, Picarras SC's Luizão Ribeiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Reynaldo Cruz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After the first half Picarras SC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristiano Alcântara to strike the kick off in the second half. Reynaldo Cruz made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Luizão Ribeiro sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Picarras SC's zone, Diguinho Paraense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernando Breckenfeld came out of the goal and Diguinho Paraense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, esgna gado's Carlos Fernando Donato got a free kick in the 58th minute. Chiquinho Prestes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 65 minutes into the game, Picarras SC's Jorginho Chaves nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Reynaldo Cruz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Reynaldo Cruz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chiquinho Prestes, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Chiquinho Prestes might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Reynaldo Cruz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Chiquinho Prestes ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chiquinho Prestes in the 76th minute of play forced esgna gado's goalkeeper Reynaldo Cruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Picarras SC booed when esgna gado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredão Lara didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Chiquinho Prestes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Fernando Donato struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Fernando Breckenfeld didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for esgna gado. In the 85th minute Tarcisio de Godoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Picarras SC's Chiquinho Prestes managed to work through esgna gado's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Chiquinho Prestes dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Chiquinho Prestes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Picarras SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Chiquinho Prestes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reynaldo Cruz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 94 minutes into the match, Picarras SC's Luizão Ribeiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Reynaldo Cruz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Chiquinho Prestes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Cruz having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Picarras SC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than esgna gado.
