Caco Hermes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Caco Hermes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Pedro Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bartolomeu EC's zone, João Pedro Souza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Caco Hermes came out of the goal and João Pedro Souza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a defensive mix-up in Sumidor FC's zone, Matheus Proença stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Délio Vale came out of the goal and Matheus Proença tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The wind increased when João Pedro Souza made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Bartolomeu EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danilo Quirino to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 52 minutes, Deivid Paulista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sumidor FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Deivid Paulista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 53 minutes into the game, Erik Tande was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bartolomeu EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sumidor FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Bartolomeu EC's Erik Tande got a free kick in the 54th minute. João Pedro Souza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Caco Hermes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Caco Hermes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of João Pedro Souza's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Bartolomeu EC's Caco Hermes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Pedro Souza in the 63rd minute of play. Délio Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlinhos Garcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Deivid Paulista kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Caco Hermes. That made the score 0-1 in the 72 minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Sumidor FC's Deivid Paulista sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Caco Hermes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Deivid Paulista in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Caco Hermes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Deivid Paulista got free with Caco Hermes in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Reinaldo Loyola during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Sumidor FC booed when Bartolomeu EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reinaldo Loyola didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute, Matheus Proença got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 91st minute João Pedro Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caco Hermes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Sumidor FC's Deivid Paulista sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Caco Hermes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sumidor FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
