A collision led to Vingadores.F.C getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Dino Quadros hit a great ball. Naldo de Mendonça took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafim Souto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Severino Pires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute, Toverstar FC's Robinho Simão ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cleiton Saraiva. Cleiton Saraiva yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Severino Pires put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Cleiton Saraiva. Robinho Simão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Cleiton Saraiva made a huge save. After 30 played minutes Toverstar FC got a freekick which was hit by Renan Figueiredo. Cleiton Saraiva was a little too slow when Robinho Simão got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 3-0. 39 minutes into the match, Vingadores.F.C's goalkeeper Cleiton Saraiva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Severino Pires. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severino Pires in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cleiton Saraiva saved Vingadores.F.C from getting behind. If Severino Pires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

In the 51st minute Afonso Jacinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleiton Saraiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Naldo de Mendonça was a little too slow when Serafim Souto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 3-1. Robinho Simão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleiton Saraiva having to interfere. After 62 played minutes Vingadores.F.C got a freekick which was hit by Dino Quadros. Cleiton Saraiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Pires in the 64th minute of play. Cleiton Saraiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Pires, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 68th minute Severino Pires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleiton Saraiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute, Robinho Simão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 72nd minute Severino Pires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleiton Saraiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Severino Pires in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cleiton Saraiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Pires in the 94th minute of play. Ricardo Salgado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Naldo de Mendonça made a huge save. When the referee ended the match the Toverstar FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
