Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tiago Gabriel Oliveira started the match with the kick off. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Luís Fábio Quintal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save S.C. Corinthians Paulista from getting a goal against them. Tiago Gabriel Oliveira scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Murillo Neto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pedrão Bezerra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Luís Fábio Quintal made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedrão Bezerra got free with Luís Fábio Quintal in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Murillo Neto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiago Gabriel Oliveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Germano Trancoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Murillo Neto having to interfere. Murillo Neto came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Tiago Gabriel Oliveira. But to his dismay, Tiago Gabriel Oliveira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After 40 minutes, Germano Trancoso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the S.C. Corinthians Paulista and the L.Kings F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pedrão Bezerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Róbson Catarinense to make the kick off. Tiago Gabriel Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Murillo Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Dino Penha fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored L.Kings F.C.'s protests and gave Dino Penha a yellow card for diving instead. 58 minutes into the game, one of L.Kings F.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave S.C. Corinthians Paulista a penalty, 60 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jarbas Furlan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of L.Kings F.C.'s Murillo Neto. 1-3. Célio Aparecido came free with the goalkeeper in the 75th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Murillo Neto could save by the left post. In the 76th match minute, L.Kings F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denílson do Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 78th minute by Célio Aparecido got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Luís Fábio Quintal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedrão Bezerra in the 81st minute of play. In the 85th minute, Germano Trancoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evaristo Campidelis was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 86th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Róbson Catarinense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in S.C. Corinthians Paulista's zone, Pedrão Bezerra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Fábio Quintal came out of the goal and Pedrão Bezerra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. S.C. Corinthians Paulista had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
