Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Juan Dracena got the match started through his kick off. Jefferson Freire charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jefferson Freire the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 9th minute, Jefferson Freire hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 14th minute, one of Manchester city:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Manchester city. In the 21st minute, Tadeu Linhares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Douglas Vieira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Seco in the 23rd minute of the match. If Alessandro Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juarês Hames took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Corrêa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yuri Neves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 36 minutes, Alessandro Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manchester city's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alessandro Seco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Manchester city's Yuri Neves got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alessandro Seco in the 40thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Douglas Vieira, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a defensive mix-up in Lion Azul FC's zone, Alessandro Seco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Douglas Vieira came out of the goal and Alessandro Seco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yuri Neves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Manchester city's zone, Juan Dracena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juarês Hames came out of the goal and Juan Dracena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alessandro Seco made a kick off. In the 56th minute, Alessandro Seco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Manchester city fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After having played for 61 minutes, Ismael Santana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manchester city's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ismael Santana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Dracena in the 64th minute of play forced Manchester city's goalkeeper Juarês Hames to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the game, Alessandro Seco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Douglas Vieira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 73 played minutes Manchester city got a freekick which was hit by Alessandro Seco. Dadá Azevedo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Douglas Vieira having to make a save. 78 minutes into the match, Lion Azul FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Seco came free, but Douglas Vieira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute Alessandro Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Vieira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 83 played minutes, Manchester city's Arthur Maranhense shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Douglas Vieira came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Manchester city reached it. Ismael Santana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Douglas Vieira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alessandro Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Douglas Vieira having to interfere.
