Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Canabarro FC's Nuno Cearense started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amauri Damião in the 3rd minute of play forced RB SAO BRAGA's goalkeeper Ronaldão Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute Amauri Damião shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldão Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Canabarro FC's Nuno Cearense sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ronaldão Toledo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Chiquinho Neves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Cauan Viana made a huge save. The supporters of Canabarro FC booed when RB SAO BRAGA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Almir Ramos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Canabarro FC's Nuno Cearense got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ronaldão Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuno Cearense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vito Cardoso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chiquinho Neves took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cauan Viana. Cauan Viana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Eliézer Maia took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cauan Viana. Pedro Augusto Diniz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Cauan Viana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ronaldão Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amauri Damião, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

With an all-out effort, Canabarro FC's Ronaldão Toledo threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Michel Freitas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 64th minute of the match Fernandinho Paraense sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ronaldão Toledo skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chiquinho Neves in the 70th minute of play forced Canabarro FC's goalkeeper Cauan Viana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Loureiro made in the 71st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by RB SAO BRAGA's Duarte Costa. 72 minutes into the match, Chiquinho Neves notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Canabarro FC's Cauan Viana. Cauan Viana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Through an outstanding action, after 77 minutes, Ronaldão Toledo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 81st minute Nuno Cearense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldão Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Chiquinho Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Canabarro FC's Ronaldão Toledo threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nuno Cearense, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Chiquinho Neves's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cauan Viana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, RB SAO BRAGA's goalkeeper Ronaldão Toledo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vito Cardoso. Almir Ramos's late challenge caught a Canabarro FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Almir Ramos helped the player get up and apologised. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. RB SAO BRAGA had won after a very even match.
