If Igor Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jorginho Prata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Leal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lino Carneiro was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Camarada EC's zone, Lino Carneiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dedé Carvalho came out of the goal and Lino Carneiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nico Amorim in the 71st minute of play forced Camarada EC's goalkeeper Dedé Carvalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dedé Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renan Pena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 73 played minutes Camarada EC got a freekick which was hit by André Luiz Cearense.
