The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Clóvis Arce made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Eliseu Baiano sent off a good shot on target. Cássio de Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arthur Lucas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 10 minutes into the match, LonDriNa ParAnÁ CluBe's goal looked a bit too open when Arthur Lucas came free, but Cássio de Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cássio de Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arthur Lucas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute Arthur Lucas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cássio de Lima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, José Vítor Zanette was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LonDriNa ParAnÁ CluBe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Esteira the free kick. In the 19th match minute, LonDriNa ParAnÁ CluBe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Vítor Zanette to maneuver through the defense. Eurico Velasco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Arthur Lucas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. LonDriNa ParAnÁ CluBe's Cássio de Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arthur Lucas in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, LonDriNa ParAnÁ CluBe's goal looked a bit too open when Arthur Lucas came free, but Cássio de Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eliseu Baiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clóvis Arce having to interfere. Cássio de Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eurico Velasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, José Vítor Zanette managed to get in a good position for a shot. LonDriNa ParAnÁ CluBe's supporters rose to their feet, but José Vítor Zanette was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Clóvis Arce breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. LonDriNa ParAnÁ CluBe's Cássio de Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eurico Velasco in the 43rd minute of play. A collision led to LonDriNa ParAnÁ CluBe getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Caio Prata hit a great ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arthur Lucas to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Arthur Lucas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Esteira fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Eurico Velasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cássio de Lima didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Esteira's Arthur Lucas shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Gilberto Nogueira kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. A collision led to Esteira getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Giuseppe Hoffmann hit a great ball. In the 71st minute Eliseu Baiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clóvis Arce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, LonDriNa ParAnÁ CluBe's goalkeeper Cássio de Lima had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eurico Velasco. Arthur Lucas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cássio de Lima having to interfere. If Eurico Velasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 84 played minutes LonDriNa ParAnÁ CluBe got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Quintal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carlos Augusto Terra during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to LonDriNa ParAnÁ CluBe getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Carlos Augusto Terra hit a great ball. If Arthur Lucas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute, Arthur Lucas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The LonDriNa ParAnÁ CluBe fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Esteira were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
