Olavo Valladares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Velloso having to interfere. Eriberto Velloso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Eriberto Velloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dida Maia, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute Amanaiara were awarded a corner. Nestor Eger went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Amanaiara's corner Nestor Eger fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eriberto Velloso quite easily take care of the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Titanium FC's goal looked a bit too open when Olavo Valladares came free, but Eriberto Velloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Olavo Valladares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Amanaiara's supporters rose to their feet, but Olavo Valladares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eriberto Velloso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eriberto Velloso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olavo Valladares's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eriberto Velloso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Amanaiara's Olavo Valladares got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Amanaiara were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell João Adolfo Freire to make the kick off. Gláuber da Silva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Eriberto Velloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Titanium FC's Eriberto Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olavo Valladares in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th minute, Amanaiara's Olavo Valladares dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. After 77 played minutes Amanaiara got a freekick which was hit by Laerte Mattos. Eriberto Velloso made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Gláuber da Silva sent off a good shot on target. If Gláuber da Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Titanium FC's zone, Olavo Valladares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eriberto Velloso came out of the goal and Olavo Valladares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gláuber da Silva got free with Eriberto Velloso in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ediberto de Senna charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ediberto de Senna the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Titanium FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Ediberto de Senna hit a great ball. 97 minutes into the match, Titanium FC's goal looked a bit too open when Laerte Mattos came free, but Eriberto Velloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amanaiara played a much better game than Titanium FC and deserved their victory. The Titanium FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
