The supporters of Paratubai booed when FC Pankakes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. But to his dismay, Norberto de Alcântara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Arquímedes Arquett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Guilherme Marinho in the 24th minute of the match. After 24 played minutes FC Pankakes got a freekick which was hit by Hamílton Secco. After a rather tough play, FC Pankakes's Benê Vinhas got a free kick in the 27th minute. 0-3 became the score in the 31st minute when Luís Guilherme Marinho elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The supporters of FC Pankakes booed when Paratubai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cido de Medeiros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arquímedes Arquett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Guilherme Marinho in the 41st minute of play. 46 minutes into the game, Norberto de Alcântara was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paratubai's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Pankakes the free kick. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Geraldo Salgado made a kick off. Egídio de Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Norberto de Alcântara's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 59thth minute, Arquímedes Arquett skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 71st match minute, Paratubai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Telmo Fernandes to maneuver through the defense. Geraldo Salgado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Rubinho Mota tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, FC Pankakes's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Norberto de Alcântara fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Rubinho Mota showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hamílton Secco in the 81st minute of the match. FC Pankakes's Arquímedes Arquett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Guilherme Marinho in the 84th minute of play. FC Pankakes's defense didn't have a chance, in the 85th minute, when Luís Guilherme Marinho scored to the left of an out of position Arquímedes Arquett, making the score, 0-7. Arquímedes Arquett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Guilherme Marinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. The FC Pankakes fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Paratubai were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
