Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Rui de Carvalho made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute, Rui de Carvalho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gicaras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Afonsinho de Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Samuel Quintal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, Osbravos EC's goal looked a bit too open when Rui de Carvalho came free, but Samuel Quintal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute, Manoel Figueiredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Doriva Pires fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Osbravos EC's protests and gave Doriva Pires a yellow card for diving instead. In the 25th minute Afonsinho de Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Quintal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonsinho de Lara in the 32nd minute of play forced Osbravos EC's goalkeeper Samuel Quintal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Samuel Quintal came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Gicaras's Benê Araújo. But to his dismay, Benê Araújo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 38th minute, Alexsandro Trevisan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 41 played minutes Osbravos EC got a freekick which was hit by Serginho Negri. The free kick made by Osbravos EC's Serginho Negri led to a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Gicaras's goalkeeper Giovanni Branco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexsandro Trevisan. Samuel Quintal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benê Araújo in the 45th minute of the match. Samuel Quintal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rui de Carvalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alexsandro Trevisan to strike the kick off in the second half. Afonsinho de Lara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Samuel Quintal made a huge save. 52 minutes into the match, Osbravos EC's goal looked a bit too open when Benê Araújo came free, but Samuel Quintal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fred de Almeida's late challenge caught a Gicaras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fred de Almeida helped the player get up and apologised. In the 55th minute, Fred de Almeida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th match minute, Gicaras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benê Araújo to maneuver through the defense. Alexsandro Trevisan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giovanni Branco having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rui de Carvalho in the 70th minute of play forced Osbravos EC's goalkeeper Samuel Quintal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute Benê Araújo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Quintal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Osbravos EC's Fred de Almeida got a free kick in the 74th minute. Samuel Quintal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rui de Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Osbravos EC defense, Afonsinho de Lara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Samuel Quintal. The Osbravos EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Samuel Quintal should have stopped the shot. 81 minutes into the match, Osbravos EC's goal looked a bit too open when Rui de Carvalho came free, but Samuel Quintal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rui de Carvalho in the 83rd minute of play forced Osbravos EC's goalkeeper Samuel Quintal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute, Manoel Figueiredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Osbravos EC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Gicaras were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
