Eduardo da Silva made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Fiori Paraibano sent off a good shot on target. Ian Passos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudinho Teles, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. The wind increased when Henrique Baiano made the kick off in the second half. Claudinho Teles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Ian Passos made a huge save. 63 minutes in the game, Henrique Baiano fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ian Passos having to interfere. Matutina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henrique Baiano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Caputera AD booed when Matutina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enéas da Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Matutina's zone, Rômulo Bueno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardo da Silva came out of the goal and Rômulo Bueno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 86 minutes into the game, Luís Guilherme de Amaral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Matutina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caputera AD the free kick. The supporters of Caputera AD booed when Matutina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Guilherme de Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo do Vale in the 91st minute of play forced Caputera AD's goalkeeper Ian Passos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Caputera AD's Ian Passos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrique Baiano in the 98th minute of play. With a little luck, Caputera AD's Ian Passos got control of the ball when Claudinho Teles tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Matutina players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Caputera AD from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
