An unexpectedly hard shot by Amílton Gomes in the 10th minute of play forced Zamaicare FC's goalkeeper Agostinho Ferraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Zamaicare FC's Cipriano de Castro got a free kick in the 11th minute. Amílton Gomes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agostinho Ferraz having to interfere. Cafu Matorin hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Zamaicare FC's Agostinho Ferraz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amílton Gomes in the 15th minute of play. Alexandre de Sena lost his temper 18 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Salgueiro EC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 17th minute. Penalty! In the 20th minute there was a penalty for Zamaicare FC. Benê Netto stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Léo Esteves. 1-0. After having played for 27 minutes, Luiz Fernando Gaspar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zamaicare FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Fernando Gaspar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 30th minute, Luiz Fernando Gaspar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Léo Esteves was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Luiz Fernando Gaspar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 42nd minute by Luiz Fernando Gaspar got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Léo Esteves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manolo Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 43 minutes into the match, Manolo Brito had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Léo Esteves. Salgueiro EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manolo Brito was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vitinho Simões to make the kick off. Vitinho Simões struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Agostinho Ferraz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Salgueiro EC. Matías Coutinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luiz Fernando Gaspar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luiz Fernando Gaspar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Léo Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Salgueiro EC's Vitinho Simões got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After 73 played minutes, Zamaicare FC's Benê Netto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Léo Esteves came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zamaicare FC reached it. Manolo Brito blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Léo Esteves having to make a save. Léo Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fernando Gaspar in the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manolo Brito in the 88th minute of play forced Salgueiro EC's goalkeeper Léo Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes into the game, Zamaicare FC's Luiz Fernando Gaspar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Léo Esteves made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Zamaicare FC had won after a very even match.
