Pedro Paulo Lopes struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Felipe Veloso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sorvinha SS. 22 minutes into the match, Caboclinho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Diogo Koehler came free, but Felipe Veloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Pedro Paulo Lopes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Felipe Veloso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diogo Koehler's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. An unexpected shot in the 29th minute by Thomás Carvalho got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a rather tough play, Sorvinha SS's Renato Soares got a free kick in the 30th minute. Anderson Tande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anderson Tande's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Edmílson Queirós skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 37th minute Thomás Carvalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmílson Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Paulo Lopes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Felipe Veloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Diogo Koehler had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Felipe Veloso. Caboclinho FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Diogo Koehler was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Thomás Carvalho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edmílson Queirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomás Carvalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. If Anderson Tande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 56 minutes into the match, Sorvinha SS's goal looked a bit too open when Thomás Carvalho came free, but Edmílson Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Sorvinha SS getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Diogo Koehler hit a great ball. After 66 minutes of play, Caboclinho FC's Anderson Tande made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edmílson Queirós was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thomás Carvalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmílson Queirós having to interfere. Edmílson Queirós took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anderson Tande, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 74 played minutes Sorvinha SS got a freekick which was hit by Tião Teles. In the 76th minute, Anderson Tande got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anderson Tande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmílson Queirós having to interfere. After 92 played minutes, Caboclinho FC's Sílvio Luiz Romero shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edmílson Queirós came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Caboclinho FC reached it. Caboclinho FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
