Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Acácio Branco got the match started through his kick off. In the 9th match minute, Mucuje was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agnaldo Amorim to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Guaycara SS's Faustão Amorim got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute of the match Sebastião Zanette shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Guga de Medeiros showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 20th minute, Manfredo Vander made a precise shot to the right of Guga de Medeiros. Guaycara SS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Manfredo Vander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernando Peixoto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Guga de Medeiros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manfredo Vander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guga de Medeiros having to interfere. Guga de Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manfredo Vander in the 37th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Guaycara SS's Acácio Branco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Adhemar Varela. That made the score 1-2 after 45 minutes of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fernando Peixoto was the one to do the kick off. A hard shot 53 in the game by Fernando Peixoto from a close distance when the talented Guga de Medeiros managed to make a qualified save. Guaycara SS's players were relieved. Remo Cerezo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 60 minutes into the match. 59 minutes into the game, one of Mucuje:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. With a little luck, Guaycara SS's Guga de Medeiros got control of the ball when Manfredo Vander tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 75th minute of the match Vânderson Barros shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adhemar Varela showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 76th minute, Alessandro Diniz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guaycara SS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. After a rather tough play, Guaycara SS's Guga Branco got a free kick in the 79th minute. Mucuje's Adhemar Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Acácio Branco in the 83rd minute of play. Manfredo Vander scored 3-3 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guga de Medeiros, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Manfredo Vander came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Mucuje fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manfredo Vander couldn't finish the play. In the 96th match minute, Guaycara SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sílvio Luís Hames to maneuver through the defense. Manfredo Vander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guga de Medeiros having to interfere.
