Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mazinho Gaúcho took the kick off in the first half of the match. Sílvio Luiz Maciel's late challenge caught a Quevedos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sílvio Luiz Maciel helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Altair getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Sílvio Luiz Maciel hit a great ball. In the 9th minute, Sílvio Luiz Maciel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ulysses Brasil was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pedro Luiz Alcântara showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. Sílvio Luiz Maciel hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Sílvio Luiz Maciel got his second yellow card in the match during the 17th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 17th match minute, Altair was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sílvio Luiz Maciel to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Mazinho Gaúcho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quevedos's supporters rose to their feet, but Mazinho Gaúcho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabrício Branco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Délio Moura's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabrício Branco was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Fellipe Britto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ulysses Brasil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giuseppe Neves, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. With his leg Ulysses Brasil managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when Altair's Giuseppe Neves fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Fellipe Britto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fellipe Britto got free with Ulysses Brasil in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mazinho Gaúcho scored 1-1 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabrício Branco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fellipe Britto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fabrício Branco made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Délio Moura sent off a good shot on target. After 55 minutes, Alan Bertassi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Altair and the Quevedos players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 55 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Altair! When the match had been going on for 57 minutes, Quevedos's Daniel Mandrak got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Fabrício Branco. Fernando do Valle kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Fellipe Britto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fellipe Britto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Ulysses Brasil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ulysses Brasil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Luiz Alcântara in the 66th minute of play. Pedro Luiz Alcântara struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Ulysses Brasil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Altair. If Pedro Luiz Alcântara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 72 minutes, Ediberto da Fonseca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quevedos and the Altair players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Altair booed when Quevedos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ediberto da Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Quevedos's goal looked a bit too open when Fellipe Britto came free, but Ulysses Brasil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute, Adelino Lopez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fellipe Britto took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ulysses Brasil. Ulysses Brasil dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 82nd match minute, Altair was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giuseppe Neves to maneuver through the defense. After 88 played minutes Quevedos got a freekick which was hit by Ediberto da Fonseca. After some careless play in the Quevedos defense, Giuseppe Neves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ulysses Brasil. The Quevedos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ulysses Brasil should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fellipe Britto in the 97th minute of play forced Quevedos's goalkeeper Ulysses Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Altair players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
