Caetano Secco in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Luiz Gustavo Cordeiro made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adelino Tepedino in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Otávio Viana saved Moravania AD from getting behind. After some careless play in the Goiatins defense, Dênis Gerber kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edgard Macedo. The Goiatins fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edgard Macedo should have stopped the shot. In the 70th match minute, Moravania AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dênis Gerber to maneuver through the defense. Otávio Viana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adelino Tepedino's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. When Simão Passos fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Goiatins's protests and gave Simão Passos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 91st minute, Simão Passos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 93 minutes in the game, Luiz Gustavo Cordeiro dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Moravania AD's Luiz Gustavo Cordeiro got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
