Valdomiro Figueiredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Oséias Soares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Pacovalzinho AD's Pedrão Bastos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Filipe da Costa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 17th minute Pacovalzinho AD were awarded a corner. Paulo José Moura went to the cornerflag to take it. If Eugênio Zonta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luiz Paulo Pinheiro hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Medina AD's Vinícius Mandrak got a free kick in the 24th minute. Pedrão Bastos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedrão Bastos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Filipe da Costa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Valdomiro Figueiredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oséias Soares having to interfere. When Valdomiro Figueiredo fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Medina AD's protests and gave Valdomiro Figueiredo a yellow card for diving instead. After 35 played minutes Medina AD got a freekick which was hit by Valdomiro Figueiredo. Pacovalzinho AD's Eugênio Zonta got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Pedrão Bastos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Eugênio Zonta came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Pacovalzinho AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugênio Zonta couldn't finish the play. Filipe da Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alan Chaves in the 47th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Donato Hoffmann made a kick off. Filipe da Costa was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Pedrão Bastos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Pedrão Bastos really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. Valdomiro Figueiredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oséias Soares having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Pacovalzinho AD's Eugênio Zonta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Filipe da Costa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Oséias Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdomiro Figueiredo in the 65th minute of play. Pedrão Bastos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. In the 70th match minute, Medina AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinícius Mandrak to maneuver through the defense. Medina AD's Filipe da Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedrão Bastos in the 71st minute of play. If Eugênio Zonta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filipe da Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedrão Bastos in the 76th minute of the match. Pedrão Bastos had several of the Medina AD's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 81 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Filipe da Costa as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 89th minute, Pacovalzinho AD's Eugênio Zonta ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Filipe da Costa. Filipe da Costa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. After having played for 93 minutes, Valdomiro Figueiredo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Medina AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdomiro Figueiredo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over Pacovalzinho AD could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Medina AD throughout the match.
