Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Anselmo Valadares made the kick off which started today's match. Beto Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedrão Bastos in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Alan Chaves ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Beto Toledo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Beto Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugênio Zonta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Esquia's Beto Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedrão Bastos in the 21st minute of play. After 23 played minutes Pacovalzinho AD got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Machado. A hard shot by João Francisco Vides from long distance, 24 minutes into the match, got Oséias Soares's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Pacovalzinho AD's goalkeeper Oséias Soares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 32nd minute, Jorge Mangueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Esquia's Humberto Fernandez managed to work through Pacovalzinho AD's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Humberto Fernandez dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. The supporters of Esquia booed when Pacovalzinho AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Mangueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oséias Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Valadares in the 39th minute of play. Eugênio Zonta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beto Toledo having to interfere. When Pedrão Bastos came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Pacovalzinho AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedrão Bastos couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedrão Bastos made a kick off. Oséias Soares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Valadares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedrão Bastos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Beto Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Beto Toledo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugênio Zonta in the 70th minute. Esquia's Beto Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedrão Bastos in the 72nd minute of play. Eugênio Zonta scored 0-2 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Beto Toledo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 85 minutes into the game, Eugênio Zonta recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Beto Toledo. Eugênio Zonta showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedrão Bastos in the 93rd minute of play forced Esquia's goalkeeper Beto Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Pacovalzinho AD left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Esquia.
