Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Paulo Arruda got the match started through his kick off. In the 6th minute Fabiano Miranda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Durvalino Cerezo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Durvalino Cerezo came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Carneiros's Fabiano Miranda. But to his dismay, Fabiano Miranda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the last second David Corrêa throw himself and got hold of the ball when Sebastião Costa in the 12thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 16 minutes into the match, Carneiros's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastião Costa came free, but David Corrêa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Oratorios's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Arruda came free, but Durvalino Cerezo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Corrêa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastião Costa in the 24th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arlindo Fernandez got free with David Corrêa in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 28 minutes into the match, Sebastião Costa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of David Corrêa, 1-1. After having played for 32 minutes, Sebastião Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oratorios's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastião Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 34th minute by Arlindo Fernandez got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Fabiano Miranda might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Durvalino Cerezo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabiano Miranda ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 46th minute of the match, Sebastião Costa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but David Corrêa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 47th minute, Sidney Montenegro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oratorios's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mazinho Alves in the 50th minute. Mazinho Alves made a great header on Oratorios's corner, it was just that Carneiros's David Corrêa managed to reach the ball for a save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebastião Costa made a kick off. Arlindo Fernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. David Corrêa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 60 played minutes Carneiros got a freekick which was hit by Gil Tróia. Christiano Pontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Durvalino Cerezo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the game, one of Carneiros:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The supporters of Carneiros booed when Oratorios was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastião Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arlindo Fernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Corrêa came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Oratorios's Arlindo Fernandez. But to his dismay, Arlindo Fernandez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 95th minute, Arlindo Fernandez made a precise shot to the right of David Corrêa. Carneiros's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Durvalino Cerezo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo Arruda in the 99th minute. Oratorios walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
