Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Sebastião Goiano started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the game, Araujos SS's Reginaldo Dantas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dorian Schmidt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 6th minute, João Carlos Lago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastião Goiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Correia having to interfere. After having played for 15 minutes, Reginaldo Dantas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Araujos SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reginaldo Dantas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcus Leme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Donatello Arce's late challenge caught a Araujos SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Donatello Arce helped the player get up and apologised. After 25 played minutes Salobra got a freekick which was hit by Donatello Arce. Gerson da Mata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 32 minutes into the match, Salobra's goal looked a bit too open when Reginaldo Dantas came free, but Dorian Schmidt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerson da Mata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorian Schmidt having to interfere. Salobra's Dorian Schmidt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerson da Mata in the 35th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Sebastião Goiano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Salobra's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastião Goiano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristian Correia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 45th minute, Marcus Leme got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gerson da Mata to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerson da Mata in the 51st minute of play forced Salobra's goalkeeper Dorian Schmidt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gerson da Mata's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dorian Schmidt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. When Sebastião Goiano got free in front of the goal in the 57th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Cristian Correia was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Cristian Correia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastião Goiano in the 59th minute of the match. In the 60th minute, Gerson da Mata got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristóvão Quaresma hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 73rd match minute, Araujos SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Carlos Lago to maneuver through the defense. Sebastião Goiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Correia having to interfere. In the 79th match minute, Araujos SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sandro Rocha to maneuver through the defense. Marcus Leme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Correia having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Sebastião Goiano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gerson da Mata recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reginaldo Dantas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Dorian Schmidt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Reginaldo Dantas made a precise shot to the right of Dorian Schmidt. Salobra's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Araujos SS had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
