When Erik da Cunha came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Nonoai AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erik da Cunha couldn't finish the play. Dráusio Netto charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dráusio Netto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 4th match minute, Extremas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dráusio Netto to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik da Cunha in the 5th minute of play forced Extremas's goalkeeper Nando Tepedino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. André Luís Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nico da Mata received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Wilson Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute, André Luís Lima made a precise shot to the right of Wilson Barros. Nonoai AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Nonoai AD's Wilson Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nico da Mata in the 17th minute of play. After 18 played minutes Nonoai AD got a freekick which was hit by Fausto da Mata. In the 21st match minute, Extremas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dráusio Netto to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute Nonoai AD were awarded a corner. Renan Paraense went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpected shot in the 26th minute by Erik da Cunha got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 29 minutes into the match, Nonoai AD's goal looked a bit too open when Nico da Mata came free, but Wilson Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute, Extremas's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Erik da Cunha fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 32nd minute of the match Fabrício Proença shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nando Tepedino showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Erik da Cunha took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Nando Tepedino to make any attempt to save it. 40 minutes into the match, Fausto da Mata dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nando Tepedino, 2-1. In the 43rd minute, Eriberto Cerezo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Nonoai AD booed when Extremas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erivaldo Urbano didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erik da Cunha made a kick off. 55 minutes into the game, one of Extremas:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After a rather tough play, Nonoai AD's Richard Hoffmann got a free kick in the 61st minute. The supporters of Nonoai AD booed when Extremas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliézer Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eriberto Cerezo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nando Tepedino having to interfere. 68 minutes into the game, Eriberto Cerezo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Nando Tepedino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Nico da Mata managed to get in a good position for a shot. Extremas's supporters rose to their feet, but Nico da Mata was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilson Barros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nico da Mata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 78 minutes, Fausto da Mata mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nonoai AD and the Extremas players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fausto da Mata kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. 79 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Extremas's Nico da Mata fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. With an all-out effort, Extremas's Wilson Barros threw himself towards the right post 82 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from André Luís Lima, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of Extremas booed when Nonoai AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto da Mata didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute, Extremas's André Luís Lima ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wilson Barros. Wilson Barros yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-2. Nando Tepedino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik da Cunha in the 89th minute of play. Erivaldo Urbano, 97 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Nico da Mata received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Wilson Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nonoai AD's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
