Zé Augusto França kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. If Luís Guilherme de Alcântara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 6 minutes, Marcinho Mumbach managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moiraba AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcinho Mumbach was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zé Augusto França's late challenge caught a Moiraba AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zé Augusto França helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Capianga getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Zé Augusto França hit a great ball. Capianga's Celsinho Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcinho Mumbach in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcinho Mumbach in the 11th minute of play forced Capianga's goalkeeper Celsinho Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Dedê Baptista notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Moiraba AD's Zé Carlos Bittencourt. Zé Carlos Bittencourt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dedê Baptista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Carlos Bittencourt having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Arlindo Zanette's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Celsinho Marques was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Marcinho Mumbach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Celsinho Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute Luís Guilherme de Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celsinho Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Capianga's goal looked a bit too open when Marcinho Mumbach came free, but Celsinho Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luís Guilherme de Alcântara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celsinho Marques having to interfere. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jaime Negri to strike the kick off in the second half. Celsinho Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arlindo Zanette, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Zé Carlos Bittencourt came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Capianga's Dedê Baptista. But to his dismay, Dedê Baptista quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Zé Carlos Bittencourt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dedê Baptista in the 62nd minute of the match. Celsinho Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Guilherme de Alcântara, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Marcinho Mumbachs short, quick shot in the 68thth minute got Celsinho Marques to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Zé Carlos Bittencourt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Negri in the 71st minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Jaime Negri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Carlos Bittencourt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 95 minutes Moiraba AD's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dedé Lopez who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Paulinho Bezerra almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Moiraba AD's Zé Carlos Bittencourt did a great save. Capianga's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
