Renatinho Freire was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luizão Seco made a kick off. Luizão Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. The Caiabu AD fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Caiabu AD's Luizão Seco looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. After 64 played minutes, Caiabu AD's Sandro Arantes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Renatinho Freire came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Caiabu AD reached it.
