Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) When the match clock showed 2 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Adolfo Vale sped through Passaros FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jaime Vianna. Jaime Vianna came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Gurihu's Aluísio Marinho. But to his dismay, Aluísio Marinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Gurihu's Doni Hames played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júnior Sarmento in the 10th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Gurihu's goalkeeper Doni Hames had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jerônimo Silva. With a little luck, Gurihu's Doni Hames got control of the ball when Jerônimo Silva tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jaime Vianna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Vale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 25 played minutes Gurihu got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Quintal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Júnior Sarmento in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Doni Hames prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jaime Vianna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aluísio Marinho in the 28th minute of the match. When Kaká Toledo fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Passaros FC's protests and gave Kaká Toledo a yellow card for diving instead. Kaká Toledo kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Aluísio Marinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Jaime Vianna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaime Vianna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Vale in the 34th minute of the match. José Paulo Pontes kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Aluísio Marinho scored 0-3 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jaime Vianna, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aluísio Marinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Passaros FC's zone, Adolfo Vale stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jaime Vianna came out of the goal and Adolfo Vale tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aluísio Marinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Gurihu were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aluísio Marinho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Jerônimo Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot. Passaros FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jerônimo Silva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Doni Hames breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jerônimo Silva's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Doni Hames read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Aluísio Marinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Jaime Vianna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Gurihu's Adolfo Vale sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jaime Vianna narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 67th minute of the match, Adolfo Vale got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jaime Vianna was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Jerônimo Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doni Hames having to interfere. Júnior Sarmento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doni Hames having to interfere. Doni Hames showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerônimo Silva, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Passaros FC's Júnior Sarmento sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Doni Hames narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Doni Hames came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Passaros FC's Jerônimo Silva. But to his dismay, Jerônimo Silva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. If Júnior Sarmento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Túlio Tasso hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. 96 minutes into the game, Jerônimo Silva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Passaros FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gurihu the free kick. The supporters of Gurihu booed when Passaros FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerônimo Silva didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adolfo Vale struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Jaime Vianna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gurihu.
