The supporters of Brigada SS booed when Jacuruna AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Novaes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th match minute, Jacuruna AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Novaes to maneuver through the defense. Luiz Fábio Melo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Donato de Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kauan Castro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kauã Pombal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. If Kauan Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Brigada SS's zone, Kauan Castro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kauã Pombal came out of the goal and Kauan Castro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Carlos Eduardo Linares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Kauan Castro came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Jacuruna AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kauan Castro couldn't finish the play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The audience was convinced that Carlos Eduardo Linares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kauã Pombal was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. 58 minutes into the match, Brigada SS's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Eduardo Linares came free, but Kauã Pombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Jacuruna AD booed when Brigada SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Leite didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacuruna AD's Carlos Eduardo Linares got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. During the 95th minute of the match Alan Novaes completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Alan Novaes a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 96 played minutes Jacuruna AD got a freekick which was hit by Alan Novaes. 97 minutes into the match, Brigada SS's Natã Hermes broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.
