Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Chiquinho Correia started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the match, Quicamar SC's goal looked a bit too open when Válter de Carvalho came free, but Renato Baiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 7 minutes of play, Quicamar SC's Chiquinho Correia made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcus Valadares was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 23rd minute, Roberto Veloso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Renato Baiano was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Roberto Veloso struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Renato Baiano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Narino SS. If Válter de Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roberto Veloso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Renato Baiano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Roberto Veloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 39th minute of the game. One of Narino SS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Quicamar SC:s goal. The goalkeeper, Marcus Valadares, was totally fooled by Quicamar SC's Laerte Esteves, who 41 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After 48 minutes of play, Quicamar SC's Jairo Mineiro made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcus Valadares was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roberto Veloso to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute Roberto Veloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renato Baiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jairo Mineiro came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Quicamar SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jairo Mineiro couldn't finish the play. In the 63rdth minute of the game Chiquinho Correia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Narino SS's Marcus Valadares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Válter de Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute, Válter de Carvalho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Renato Baiano was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Chiquinho Correia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcus Valadares having to interfere. When Válter de Carvalho came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Narino SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Válter de Carvalho couldn't finish the play. Válter de Carvalho might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Renato Baiano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Válter de Carvalho ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 92nd match minute, Quicamar SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renan Recife to maneuver through the defense. Válter de Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Renato Baiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Veloso in the 96th minute of the match. The Quicamar SC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
