Fartura's Erivaldo Braga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otávio de Mendonça in the 4th minute of play. Edson Oliveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erivaldo Braga having to interfere. Otávio de Mendonça received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Erivaldo Braga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, Erasmo Quirino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Magno Montenegro. Inchu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erasmo Quirino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 15th minute, Rony Lago got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Erasmo Quirino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fartura's supporters rose to their feet, but Erasmo Quirino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Magno Montenegro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 20th minute, Erasmo Quirino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Magno Montenegro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Magno Montenegro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rony Lago, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Magno Montenegro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Quirino in the 26th minute of play. Otávio de Mendonça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erivaldo Braga having to interfere. After 30 played minutes Inchu got a freekick which was hit by Natã Valladares. Fartura's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fábio Mendonça in the 32nd minute. After 34 minutes of play, Fartura's Rony Lago made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Magno Montenegro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Erivaldo Braga made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Edson Oliveira sent off a good shot on target. When Fartura's Rony Lago in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Inchu's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Fartura getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Erasmo Quirino hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edson Oliveira got free with Erivaldo Braga in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 53rd minute of the match Adhemar Guedes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Magno Montenegro skillfully saved the ball. Erasmo Quirino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Magno Montenegro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Rony Lago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th minute, Otávio de Mendonça left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Inchu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. 68 minutes into the match, Inchu's goalkeeper Magno Montenegro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rony Lago. Edson Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Erivaldo Braga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Otávio de Mendonça's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erivaldo Braga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Tony Paiva kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Kauan Magalhães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Otávio de Mendonça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erivaldo Braga having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Alfredo Severo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rony Lago could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Magno Montenegro made a huge save. Erivaldo Braga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christiano Galvão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the game, Inchu's Otávio de Mendonça nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erivaldo Braga made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. 89 minutes into the match, Fartura's goal looked a bit too open when Otávio de Mendonça came free, but Erivaldo Braga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erivaldo Braga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedito Diniz, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Edson Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Erivaldo Braga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Fartura walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
