Charles Linares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With an all-out effort, Jampruca's Lucas Tepedino threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gonçalo Neiva, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Remanso's Lucas Tepedino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonçalo Neiva in the 30th minute of play. Vinícius Fantini's late challenge caught a Remanso's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vinícius Fantini helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Remanso booed when Jampruca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wilson Barreto in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Charles Linares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gonçalo Neiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonçalo Neiva in the 46th minute of play forced Remanso's goalkeeper Lucas Tepedino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramiro Quadros couldn't finish the play. Lucas Tepedino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gonçalo Neiva's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Wilson Barreto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Linares having to interfere. After 71 played minutes Acácio da Silva rounded Jampruca's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. Ramiro Quadros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 78 played minutes Jampruca got a freekick which was hit by Faustão Toscano. Acácio da Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Linares having to interfere. Gonçalo Neiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Lucas Tepedino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Remanso had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
