Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jacinto Britto made the kick off which started today's match. The audience was convinced that João Francisco Almeida's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nelsinho de Barros was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Baus SS's Natanael Mendes couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 8th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Cedro. The supporters of Baus SS booed when Cedro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Víktor Britto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Natanael Mendes was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 11th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Tony Batista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Baus SS's Renato Costa got a free kick in the 21st minute. Elder Trancoso acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 22nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Dino Vale. Tony Batista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Nelsinho de Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Cedro's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Batista came free, but Nelsinho de Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Baus SS's goalkeeper Elder Trancoso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Afonso Mendes. After a defensive mix-up in Cedro's zone, João Francisco Almeida stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nelsinho de Barros came out of the goal and João Francisco Almeida tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling João Francisco Almeida in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nelsinho de Barros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Batista in the 53rd minute of play forced Cedro's goalkeeper Nelsinho de Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If João Francisco Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacinto Britto scored 1-2 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elder Trancoso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. João Francisco Almeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Nelsinho de Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Afonso Mendes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 87th minute by João Francisco Almeida got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With a little luck, Cedro's Nelsinho de Barros got control of the ball when João Francisco Almeida tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dino Vale took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Elder Trancoso. Baus SS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Baus SS's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
