Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dalmo Freire took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dalmo Freire in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro de Amorim saved Cangoritgo from getting behind. The Tejupa fans' excitement grew in the 3rd match minute when Tejupa's Dalmo Freire looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Renatinho Pires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 8 minutes into the match, Cangoritgo's goal looked a bit too open when Dalmo Freire came free, but Pedro de Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Dalmo Freire managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tejupa's supporters rose to their feet, but Dalmo Freire was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro de Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pedro de Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renatinho Pires in the 16th minute of play. If Dalmo Freire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dalmo Freire sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Renatinho Pires sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro de Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renatinho Pires in the 32nd minute of play. Renatinho Pires hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. If Nelson Netto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Tejupa's Gil Sá got a free kick in the 37th minute. Dalmo Freire received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Pedro de Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Renatinho Pires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the match, Tejupa's goal looked a bit too open when Hermínio Guimarães came free, but Wilton Bertassi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Tejupa getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Zé Fernandes hit a great ball.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hermínio Guimarães to strike the kick off in the second half. Pedro de Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dalmo Freire, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. If Hermínio Guimarães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Tejupa's Gil Sá got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Pedro de Amorim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Renatinho Pires in the 81st minute. Dalmo Freire recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nelson Netto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Wilton Bertassi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nelson Netto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wilton Bertassi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hermínio Guimarães went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Tejupa's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
