Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Albertinho Guerra started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Álvaro Eger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Júlio Lara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albertinho Guerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After 13 minutes, David Meira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jaquhype SC and the Tertuliano players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Jaquhype SC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. David Meira hit a great ball. Tertuliano's César Campidelis couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 14th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Jaquhype SC. In the 17th minute of the match David Meira sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Erivaldo Messias skillfully saved the ball. Álvaro Eger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 23 played minutes Jaquhype SC got a freekick which was hit by David Meira. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albertinho Guerra in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Júlio Lara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Álvaro Eger's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erivaldo Messias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Tertuliano's Albertinho Guerra slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Júlio Lara. That made the score 1-0 after 31 minutes of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Tales Alves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tertuliano's supporters rose to their feet, but Tales Alves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Júlio Lara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 42 minutes into the game, Dorival Terra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jaquhype SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tertuliano the free kick. After 42 played minutes Jaquhype SC got a freekick which was hit by Dorival Terra. An unexpected shot in the 45th minute by Tales Alves got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 46 minutes into the match, Jaquhype SC's goal looked a bit too open when Albertinho Guerra came free, but Júlio Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 48 minutes, Tales Alves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tertuliano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tales Alves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Álvaro Eger to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Albertinho Guerra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Narciso da Rocha fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jaquhype SC's protests and gave Narciso da Rocha a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Jaquhype SC's Narciso da Rocha got a free kick in the 55th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albertinho Guerra in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Júlio Lara saved Jaquhype SC from getting behind. When Tertuliano's Albertinho Guerra in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jaquhype SC's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Tertuliano's Charles Cardoso got a free kick in the 61st minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 64th minute of the game. One of Tertuliano:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Jaquhype SC:s goal. The goalkeeper, Erivaldo Messias, was totally fooled by Jaquhype SC's Sílvio Gerber, who 66 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After a rather tough play, Tertuliano's Charles Cardoso got a free kick in the 79th minute. When Sílvio Gerber came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Jaquhype SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sílvio Gerber couldn't finish the play. Virgílio Pombal hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Álvaro Eger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Erivaldo Messias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tales Alves in the 92nd minute of play forced Jaquhype SC's goalkeeper Júlio Lara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Álvaro Eger struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Erivaldo Messias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jaquhype SC. Narciso da Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Erivaldo Messias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
