Pedro Augusto Luz kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 9th minute of the match Afonsinho Pirani sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Thomás Prestes skillfully saved the ball. In the 12th minute Ademar Xavier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomás Prestes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, Betão Ramalho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cauan Fonseca was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After having played for 20 minutes, Lúcio Prado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bengala SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lúcio Prado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zé Roberto Silva was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 25th minute. Mondai's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bengala SC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 26th minute. Penalty! Conrado Madureira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cauan Fonseca. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ademar Xavier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lúcio Prado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Cauan Fonseca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Betão Ramalhos short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Cauan Fonseca to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Mondai's Cauan Fonseca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lúcio Prado in the 60th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Bengala SC's Lúcio Prado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cauan Fonseca narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lúcio Prado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cauan Fonseca having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Bengala SC's Pedrão Terra got a free kick in the 70th minute. With a little luck, Mondai's Cauan Fonseca got control of the ball when Alexandre do Vale tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Roberto Silva in the 87th minute of play forced Bengala SC's goalkeeper Thomás Prestes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, Betão Ramalho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bengala SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. In the 99th minute of the match Marquinhos Brasil sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Thomás Prestes skillfully saved the ball. The Bengala SC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
