Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Capernaum's Oséas Mesquita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Oséas Mesquita came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Capernaum fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oséas Mesquita couldn't finish the play. Gláuber Félix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Raimundo Nascimento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raimundo Nascimento stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Túlio Corrêa's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Celso Gerber made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luís Paulo Miranda in the 9th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Marisopolis AD's Caio Mendonça broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Túlio Corrêa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gláuber Félix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundo Nascimento having to interfere. Raimundo Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gláuber Félix, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. A collision led to Capernaum getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Simão Massa hit a great ball. In the 28th minute of the match Duda Martins shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raimundo Nascimento showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Capernaum's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno Peixoto came free, but Raimundo Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute Marisopolis AD were awarded a corner. Caio Mendonça went to the cornerflag to take it. A well done corner resulted in Gláuber Félix drilling the ball in to score 0-2 behind Capernaum's goalkeeper. In the 43rd minute Túlio Corrêa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Nascimento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gláuber Félix blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Raimundo Nascimento having to make a save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gláuber Félix to make the kick off. Gláuber Félix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Capernaum booed when Marisopolis AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nuno Peixoto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gabriel Quadros took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Celso Gerber. Marisopolis AD's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 74 minutes into the game, Oséas Mesquita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Celso Gerber was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oséas Mesquita in the 78th minute of play forced Marisopolis AD's goalkeeper Celso Gerber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
