Norberto Carneiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexsandro França in the 17th minute of the match. Nuno Dracena could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Tiaguinho da Fonseca made a huge save. If Alexsandro França had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sérgio Pirani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nuno Dracena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiaguinho da Fonseca having to interfere. If Nuno Dracena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the match, Uibai's goalkeeper Tiaguinho da Fonseca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nuno Dracena. If Zé Paulo Tavares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute of the match Carlos Lago sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tiaguinho da Fonseca skillfully saved the ball. Zé Paulo Tavares struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Tiaguinho da Fonseca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Graolandia FC. Sérgio Pirani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Norberto Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Nuno Arósio's late challenge caught a Uibai's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nuno Arósio helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Graolandia FC's Nuno Arósio got a free kick in the 53rd minute. When Nuno Dracena came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Graolandia FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nuno Dracena couldn't finish the play. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Graolandia FC's goalkeeper Norberto Carneiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 71st play minute Alexsandro França came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Norberto Carneiro. 1-1. After having played for 74 minutes, Alexsandro França managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uibai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexsandro França was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nuno Dracena struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Tiaguinho da Fonseca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Graolandia FC. Zé Paulo Tavares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Norberto Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sérgio Pirani in the 86th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Sérgio Pirani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alexsandro França blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Norberto Carneiro having to make a save. Alexsandro França fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norberto Carneiro having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
