When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sérgio Pirani made a kick off. Alexsandro França received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Zé Carlos Vieira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Uibai fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Uibai's Sérgio Pirani looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Zé Carlos Vieira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexsandro França in the 62nd minute of play. With a little luck, Uibai's Tiaguinho da Fonseca got control of the ball when João dos Santos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tiaguinho da Fonseca was a little too slow when Diamantino Terra got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 2-2. Through an outstanding action, after 77 minutes, Tiaguinho da Fonseca successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Raúl Goiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiaguinho da Fonseca having to interfere. Sérgio Pirani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uibai's goalkeeper Tiaguinho da Fonseca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Frank Maciel's late challenge caught a Pimento's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ronaldão Proença hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Pimento's Diamantino Terra tried to score from far away in the 93rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Zé Carlos Vieira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alexsandro França went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Lenílson Dantas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 100th minute of the match, but Tiaguinho da Fonseca made a huge save.
