Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Arí Gerber made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Luciano Nóbrega sent off a good shot on target. 16 minutes into the match, Uchoa's goal looked a bit too open when Marcinho Hames came free, but Marcinho Alvarenga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on Uchoa's corner Agnaldo Barbosa fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Arí Gerber quite easily take care of the ball. In the 26th minute Dida de Medeiros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arí Gerber saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Uchoa's zone, Evaristo Senna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcinho Alvarenga came out of the goal and Evaristo Senna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcinho Hames in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcinho Alvarenga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Betinho Pena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arí Gerber having to interfere. 36 minutes into the game, one of Itamatare EC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 38 minutes, Uchoa's Agnaldo Barbosa got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Arí Gerber. Eusébio Cosme hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dida de Medeiros made a kick off. Itamatare EC's Marcinho Hames got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcinho Alvarenga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcinho Hames, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Agnaldo Barbosa hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. 59 minutes into the match, Itamatare EC's Virgílio Palmeira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcinho Alvarenga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Evaristo Senna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcinho Alvarenga having to make a save. Marcinho Hames sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eusébio Cosme's late challenge caught a Itamatare EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eusébio Cosme helped the player get up and apologised. In the 62nd minute, Eusébio Cosme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 65 minutes, Frédson de Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itamatare EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frédson de Barros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Itamatare EC's goal looked a bit too open when Dida de Medeiros came free, but Arí Gerber reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcinho Alvarenga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcinho Hames in the 71st minute of play. Evaristo Senna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Evaristo Senna came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Itamatare EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evaristo Senna couldn't finish the play. Uchoa's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Marcinho Hames scored to the left of an out of position Marcinho Alvarenga, making the score, 1-1. After 85 played minutes Itamatare EC got a freekick which was hit by Marcinho Hames. When Itamatare EC's Marcinho Hames in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uchoa's goalie prevented a goal. Eusébio Cosme kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Evaristo Senna's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcinho Alvarenga firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 90 minutes, Renato Paraense mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Uchoa and the Itamatare EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Uchoa getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Renato Paraense hit a great ball. If Evaristo Senna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
