The supporters of Francisco AD booed when Acaam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ezequiel Moura didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Acaam's Cássio Fonseca got control of the ball when Lino Souza tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Aílton Gerber came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Francisco AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aílton Gerber couldn't finish the play. Acaam's Ezequiel Moura got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cássio Fonseca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aílton Gerber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aílton Gerber in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cássio Fonseca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lino Souza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Cássio Fonseca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francisco AD's Robinho Prestes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Goiano in the 32nd minute of play. When Aílton Gerber came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Francisco AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aílton Gerber couldn't finish the play. Lino Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 38 played minutes Acaam got a freekick which was hit by Diogo Quirino. After 43rd play minutes Christian Goiano shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Robinho Prestes and just under the crossbar into goal. The Francisco AD players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Acaam were winning 0-1.
