Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Nuno Penha took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luiz Gustavo Terra. Luiz Gustavo Terra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 7 minutes into the match, Nuno Penha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luiz Gustavo Terra. Bixopa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nuno Penha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Telmo Mendonça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Gustavo Terra having to interfere. Anísio Mattos kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Luiz Gustavo Terra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Telmo Mendonça in the 18th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Telmo Mendonça kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luiz Gustavo Terra. That made the score 3-0 in the 19 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nuno Penha got free with Luiz Gustavo Terra in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Bixopa's Luiz Gustavo Terra got control of the ball when Nuno Penha tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Décio Barbosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romário Guimarães took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Percy Zanette. Percy Zanette dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. The supporters of Potyrendaba SS booed when Bixopa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evandro Brasil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nuno Penha might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luiz Gustavo Terra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nuno Penha ran back to his position shaking his head. Romário Guimarães struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Percy Zanette didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bixopa. A collision led to Potyrendaba SS getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Gilmar Almeida hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute, Décio Barbosa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Percy Zanette showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Décio Barbosa in the 45th minute of the match. Hermínio Cordeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 49th minute. Luiz Gustavo Terra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Décio Barbosa to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute Décio Barbosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Percy Zanette saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Percy Zanette took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Décio Barbosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Telmo Mendonça received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Luiz Gustavo Terra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 66 played minutes Bixopa got a freekick which was hit by Dráusio dos Santos. In the 67th minute, Telmo Mendonça left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Potyrendaba SS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. 72 minutes into the match, Bixopa's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno Penha came free, but Luiz Gustavo Terra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nuno Penha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bixopa's Luiz Gustavo Terra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Telmo Mendonça in the 78th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Potyrendaba SS's goalkeeper Percy Zanette had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romário Guimarães. When Décio Barbosa came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Bixopa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Décio Barbosa couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Potyrendaba SS's Cláudio Chaves got a free kick in the 94th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Potyrendaba SS fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bixopa had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
