Dadá Novaes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ricardinho Ceresso in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Lopes in the 16th minute of play forced Amandaba's goalkeeper Jardel Miranda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amandaba's Jardel Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vânderson Paranaense in the 17th minute of play. Jardel Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vânderson Paranaense in the 21st minute of the match. Leonardo Lopes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jardel Miranda having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Vânderson Paranaense left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vanderlei EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Dadá Novaes was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dário Dias showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 29 minute of play. The Amandaba fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Amandaba's Dário Dias looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
