Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Leopoldo Guimarães kicked off to start the match. Fellipe Chaves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Guimarães in the 3rd minute of play. In the 4th minute, Edinho Moreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 6 in the game by Geovanni Abraão from a close distance when the talented Jaime Valadares managed to make a qualified save. Ibitiuva SS's players were relieved. When Mocooca's Eduardo de Castro in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ibitiuva SS's goalie prevented a goal. After 9 minutes, Eduardo de Castro made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ibitiuva SS's Jaime Valadares tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jaime Valadares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo de Castro in the 14th minute of play. In the 16th minute Leopoldo Guimarães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fellipe Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eduardo de Castro might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jaime Valadares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eduardo de Castro ran back to his position shaking his head. Mocooca's Fellipe Chaves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Guimarães in the 28th minute of play. Fellipe Chaves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Guimarães, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Mocooca's Edinho Moreira got a free kick in the 33rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Humberto Pernambucano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ibitiuva SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Humberto Pernambucano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fellipe Chaves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 45 played minutes Mocooca got a freekick which was hit by Edinho Moreira.

The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 55th minute of the game. One of Ibitiuva SS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mocooca:s goal. Jaime Valadares had in the 57thth minute some difficulties stopping Manolo de Lara's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Mocooca's zone, Humberto Pernambucano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fellipe Chaves came out of the goal and Humberto Pernambucano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Humberto Pernambucano took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fellipe Chaves. Fellipe Chaves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Walmyr Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Carlos Lago struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Fellipe Chaves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ibitiuva SS. With his leg Fellipe Chaves managed to avoid a goal in the 72ndth minute, when Ibitiuva SS's Humberto Pernambucano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mocooca's Fellipe Chaves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Guimarães in the 74th minute of play. Humberto Pernambucano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Fellipe Chaves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leopoldo Guimarães had several of the Mocooca's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 78 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Fellipe Chaves as he didn't even see the shot coming. Mocooca's Fellipe Chaves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humberto Pernambucano in the 86th minute of play. Jaime Valadares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rubens Campidelis in the 88th minute of play. Leonardo Ferraz hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded Ibitiuva SS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Mocooca.
