With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tiago Gabriel Bertassi in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Júlio Salgado saved Pacova from getting behind. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernardo Valadares stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Pacova's Glauco Leite got a free kick in the 69th minute. Miguel Arantes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Adrianinho Neiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Tiago Gabriel Bertassi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Júlio Salgado was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. In the 88thth minute of the game Tiago Gabriel Bertassi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pacova's Júlio Salgado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Júlio Salgado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tiago Gabriel Bertassi's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Júlio Salgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseu de Godoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. With a little luck, Pacova's Júlio Salgado got control of the ball when Zeca Medeiros tried to sneak it across the goal line. Many of Campinhas FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Campinhas FC may have spent more time on the ball, but Pacova were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
