In the 28th match minute, Titara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernandinho Paiva to maneuver through the defense. Flavinho Silveiras short, quick shot in the 43rdth minute got Téo Mangueira to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Isaltino Baptista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Téo Mangueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Durvalino Mattos during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 45th minute, Durvalino Mattos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gonçalo da Rocha was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Flavinho Silveira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manchester United F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Flavinho Silveira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 58th minute, Délio Saraiva left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Manchester United F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. A collision led to Manchester United F.C. getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Renatinho de Souza hit a great ball. Ulisses Quirino, 63 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Durvalino Romero kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Durvalino Romero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Flavinho Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Délio Saraiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
