Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Balco's Chico Schmidt started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Pedro Augusto Barral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aleandro Dracena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Aleandro Dracena fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jussari's protests and gave Aleandro Dracena a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Jussari getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. After recieving a nice pass, Balco's Karl Marx tried to score from far away in the 17th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, Balco's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Augusto Barral came free, but Friedrich Nietzsche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, João Vítor Linares recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Geraldo Recife. João Vítor Linares showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 33rd minute, Aleandro Dracena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 35 minutes into the game, Zacarias de Sena was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jussari's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Balco the free kick. Zacarias de Sena kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Chico Schmidt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geraldo Recife having to interfere. If Luís da Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 41st match minute, Balco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís da Cunha to maneuver through the defense. João Vítor Linares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Geraldo Recife tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aleandro Dracena to strike the kick off in the second half. Aleandro Dracena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. After 67 minutes of play, Balco's Chico Schmidt made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Geraldo Recife was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luís da Cunha hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 73rd match minute, Jussari was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dida Berger to maneuver through the defense. Aleandro Dracena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Friedrich Nietzsche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luís da Cunha kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Balco's Benedito Oliveira got a free kick in the 85th minute. Geraldo Recife made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chico Schmidt in the 88th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Dida Berger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aleandro Dracena received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Friedrich Nietzsche came out and tried to block the shot, but Aleandro Dracena slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 98th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Balco fans cheered their team off the field, for while Jussari had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
