Egídio das Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. When Sandrinho Amaral fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mate EC's protests and gave Sandrinho Amaral a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Mate EC's Sandrinho Amaral got a free kick in the 12th minute. Álvaro Marinho, 13 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Egídio das Neves charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Egídio das Neves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 18 played minutes Mate EC got a freekick which was hit by Egídio das Neves. Luiz Eduardo Loureiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Faustino Baudelio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Lisbonera F.C's Dadá de Medeiros sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dedê do Nascimento narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 27 minutes into the game, Luiz Eduardo Loureiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mate EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lisbonera F.C the free kick. After a rather tough play, Mate EC's Luiz Eduardo Loureiro got a free kick in the 27th minute. 陆瑜志's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dedê do Nascimento read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th match minute, Mate EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sandrinho Amaral to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Lisbonera F.C's Rogério Ortiz got a free kick in the 35th minute. After having played for 37 minutes, Glauco Barreto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lisbonera F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Glauco Barreto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Mate EC's goalkeeper Dedê do Nascimento had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 陆瑜志. 陆瑜志 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dedê do Nascimento having to make a save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Adolfo Valle made the kick off in the second half. Dedê do Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Glauco Barreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 56th minute 陆瑜志 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dedê do Nascimento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodolfo Braga hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Dedê do Nascimento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruy Dracena in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Glauco Barreto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 79 minutes into the match, 陆瑜志 notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Mate EC's Dedê do Nascimento. Dedê do Nascimento was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Glauco Barreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by 陆瑜志 in the 87th minute of play forced Mate EC's goalkeeper Dedê do Nascimento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
