An unexpectedly hard shot by Délio Alves in the 5th minute of play forced Barrero SS's goalkeeper Eugênio Mesquita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elias Passos scored 1-0 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eugênio Mesquita, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Délio Alves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugênio Mesquita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Roberto Pitta in the 24th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Barrero SS's goal looked a bit too open when Délio Alves came free, but Eugênio Mesquita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barrero SS's Eugênio Mesquita proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Barrero SS from getting a goal against them. In the 37thth minute of the game Délio Alves who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barrero SS's Eugênio Mesquita was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eugênio Mesquita came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Inimigos da Habilidade's Elias Passos. But to his dismay, Elias Passos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elias Passos made a kick off. If Délio Alves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elias Passos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. In the 66th match minute, Inimigos da Habilidade was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kauã Leão to maneuver through the defense. 69 minutes into the match, Elias Passos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eugênio Mesquita. Barrero SS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elias Passos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Barrero SS's Eugênio Mesquita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Délio Alves in the 72nd minute of play. Eugênio Mesquita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Délio Alves, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 80thth minute of the game Elias Passos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barrero SS's Eugênio Mesquita was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eugênio Mesquita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Délio Alves went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score.
