Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Valdomiro Zonta started the match with the kick off. After having played for 9 minutes, Clemente Linares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sapesal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clemente Linares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Sapesal booed when Totora FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernani Romero didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute, Severino Santana made a precise shot to the right of Raphael de Queirós. Totora FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. With a little luck, Totora FC's Raphael de Queirós got control of the ball when Severino Santana tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Sapesal defense, Sérgio Carneiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kléberson Castro. The Sapesal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kléberson Castro should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valdomiro Zonta got free with Raphael de Queirós in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 38 minutes Totora FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Felippe de Medeiros who took care of the corner kick. After 43 played minutes Sapesal got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Linares. Fernando de Sena was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 44th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 47th minute of the match Wanderson de Amorim sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kléberson Castro skillfully saved the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Sérgio Carneiro made the kick off in the second half. Raphael de Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Santana in the 51st minute of play. The supporters of Sapesal booed when Totora FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cícero Duarte didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Totora FC's zone, Clemente Linares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raphael de Queirós came out of the goal and Clemente Linares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valdomiro Zonta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Raphael de Queirós tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Severino Santana came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Sapesal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severino Santana couldn't finish the play. Raphael de Queirós stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valdomiro Zonta's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Valdomiro Zonta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sapesal's supporters rose to their feet, but Valdomiro Zonta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raphael de Queirós breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Caio Vides blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Raphael de Queirós having to make a save. Severino Santana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Totora FC's zone, Severino Santana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raphael de Queirós came out of the goal and Severino Santana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Raphael de Queirós came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Sapesal's Valdomiro Zonta. But to his dismay, Valdomiro Zonta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 93 minutes into the match, Sapesal's Severino Santana sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raphael de Queirós narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Valdomiro Zonta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felippe de Medeiros's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Raphael de Queirós on his right side and into the goal. 98 minutes into the game it was 3-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Sapesal fully deserved thier win.
